OFFICIAL: Afia Frimpomaa,17, allegedly Kidnapped

The mother, Madam Ama Frimpomaa a resident of Nima Constituent in the Greater Accra region has made official report to of her missing daughter Afia Frimpomaa of her age ,17 years, allegedly been kidnapped by her boyfriend who claims to be a trotro conductor in Kumasi by name Atta.

The child is said to have been kidnapped since October 2018 and her existence is not yet to known.

Madam Ama Frimpomaa discloses the incident which led her daughter’s to the unknown location. ”On 18 October, 2018. I was going to the market when my daughter was prepareing for school,I left home and when I return she did not come, knowingly that she was in school. I went to her school but they says my daughter did not come to school on that day.” She said.

It is believed Afia Frimpomaa is a second cycle student of Havard Senior high school in Kokomiremire,Accra.

As part of the effort to find the missing girl,the family made a report to the Nima police station in Accra.Madam Ama said, ” We have reported it to the Nima police station and they have given us a police form which we are using it to search for her.”


It was fortunate to have found the girl,but it has rather poised of to a mystery when no one knows the child where-about in Kumasi,Ashanti region,after the family receive a call.

The family have been noticed of a guy ”Atta” who called from Kumasi, claims to be a trotro conductor resident in the Juaben Municipality in Kumasi, Ashanti region,working from Ejisu to Effijase in Kumasi,Ashanti region.

”When we had the call from the boy [Atta ] after issuing GHC200.00 to anyone who will find her for us, we have been trying to reach him since he claims my daughter is with him. We call him again after we made the preparation to go for her in Kumasi, he [Atta] told us again that my daughter is with his friend so he will call us. But we have been calling him on several occasions,he does not receive any of our calls,and now he has off his phone”,she said.

The family and the police of Nima encourage the general public to hereby report Afia Frimpomaa’s where about to any police station or call 191.
